2. What data we process
Only the data you voluntarily give us when you contact us through the form, by email, WhatsApp or Instagram: name, email, phone, brand or business, location, website or social profile and information about your project.
Please don’t send special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.): we don’t need them.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote.
- To manage our professional relationship if we end up working together.
We don’t send advertising or newsletters, we don’t build profiles and we don’t make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do work together, we keep it for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting).
6. Who we share it with
We don’t share your data with third parties unless required by law. To operate, this website and the studio use providers acting as data processors:
- Web3Forms: receives the form and forwards it to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail): the email account where we receive and answer messages.
- Cloudflare: web hosting, security and anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
- Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram): only if you choose to contact us through those channels.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we haven’t handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14, who should not send us personal data.
